Originally coming from Germany, some of these families settled in New England, Michigan and in rural Wisconsin’s Fox River Valley. Numerous anecdotal memories of them are recounted here along with dates of birth, marriage and death. Many everyday snapshots along with studio photos are included, creating a glimpse into an interesting array of early twentieth century life.
